“An Employee shall have the right to have his/her Shop Steward present at any discussion with management personnel which involves disciplinary action.”
What does this mean?

This is self-explanatory! Do not attend a meeting or engage in a discussion with management that may involve disciplinary action. If you believe disciplinary action may result, ask to have a union representative attend the meeting with you. You have the right to Union representation!
